If you are at all familiar with Korean skincare routines, you’ve probably heard of the double cleanse method. With this, you wash your face not once, but twice, using both an oil cleanser and a regular foam cleanser. Using the additional cleansing oil is an essential step to make sure that all the dirt and makeup from your long day truly get washed away, leaving your skin fresh and ready to absorb all the other products (ie toner, emulsion, serum, and cream) you put on at night. Speaking of cleansing, I highly recommend this foaming cleanser for your second step of the double cleanse! This tea tree face wash is great, especially if you have acne-prone skin. BB cream is a wonderful happy medium between a bare face and wearing full coverage foundation. This BB cream is one of my all-time favorites. Not only is it a clay mask that will help to clean out your pores, but this one is a CARBONATED BUBBLE mask. When you first apply this mask, it will seem like a normal clay mask, but after about a minute, you’ll notice that it starts to bubble up, growing more and more foamy as you leave it on.
